A christmas message

As I reflect back on 2018 I realise just what a busy year it has been. The team here at BenchMarc have gone above and beyond, constantly delivering above expectations internally and also to our customers.

We have seen considerable growth this year securing a number of major contracts which is great news for both BenchMarc and the local economy, more business means more jobs! Although we always celebrate new business we are always mindful of the impact it could have on our current client base, remembering it is those very loyal customers that have supported our growth over the last 3 years. Thats why we remain focused on our promises and keep them at the forefront of everything we do.

As I look forward to 2019 I am excited by the challenges that we have set our business. Our focus for next year will not only be in sales and new business but more importantly for me on how we further help, support and develop our current customers.

So as you open your Christmas presents and share your days with loved ones, give a thought to me as this year I will be working on over Christmas to give the team the opportunity to relax and unwind ready for 2019.
